Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product is in its original condition.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
